Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the coaching, hypnotherapy, and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) services provided by Infinite Enterprise LLC (“the Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use our services.

Services

Infinite Enterprise LLC provides coaching, hypnotherapy, and RTT therapy services. All services are provided exclusively by the Company and are not affiliated with any other organization or entity. Our services are intended to support personal growth and self-improvement and are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Eligibility

To access or use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

Appointment and Payment

You must schedule an appointment to receive our services. The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at its discretion. Payment for services is due at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and online payment services. Prices for services may change from time to time and are subject to applicable taxes.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds for canceled appointments are provided at the Company’s discretion.

Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and information provided by Infinite Enterprise LLC, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and video, are the property of the Company or its content suppliers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from such materials without the express written permission of the Company.

Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of the information you share with us during our sessions. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Infinite Enterprise LLC, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or personal injury, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Infinite Enterprise LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Infinite Enterprise LLC is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that state and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.

Severability

No failure or delay by Infinite Enterprise LLC in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms and Conditions shall operate as a waiver of that right, power, or remedy. Any waiver of a breach of these Terms and Conditions must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Company.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Infinite Enterprise LLC with respect to the use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
